This is probably one of my favorite images we’ve ever taken. They were just embracing on the bridge when the when came and swept up her veil.

We loved the color scheme of the wedding.

It’s always great to capture the little intimate moments that make up our memories.

We did it!

Renee and her father immediately after the ceremony.

The getaway car was an older Nova, restored by Gerald, that had belonged to Gerald’s father.

They got each other pretty good:

Gerald and Renee played a game where an emcee would describe a household chore or activity and they would hold up a baking pin or a hammer depending who they thought would do that particular task. They almost always agreed:

During the ceremony, the flower girl (Monica’s niece) kept waving her grandmother’s rose in front of all the guests.

The ceremony was held nearby the gravesite of Alex’s mother. After the ceremony, they went to pay their respects.

We love this series of them trying (and failing) to strike a “dip” pose. They finally got it towards the end…

The reception was held the following evening at Fox Chase Golf Club in Stevens.

After an amazing night of celebration, the bride & groom had the obligatory sparklers exit

The pool provided a great color-tinge to his already gorgeous eyes:

He wanted so bad to get up and crawl, but he wasn’t quite there yet. Look at those eyes again!

Everyone gathered ’round for some family portraits, including the dog (who is, in fact, licking Collin’s face):

I love the candid, funny moments right before everyone strikes a pose:

Lyn directed this one right before we left. Collin was no fan of the shag, but a large window provided a perfect semi-directional key light that helps give this its rich texture:

This is the bench Mom & Dad got engaged on:

She loves posing for the camera, but apparently loves running away even more. I grabbed this one as she was making a break for the stairs:

There were a few bridal parties at the same location doing pictures (it’s a Saturday in June, so I guess it’s to be expected.) One of them arrived in a convoy of classic cars. Kamila’s dad is a bit of a car buff, so he cajoled his way into them letting us use them for some photos:

We stopped by a playground for a few more. Look at this “I’m a little stinker” face:

Seth, her dad, decided that people should have parties like when they’re turning 25 or 30, with human-sized cakes they can dive into. One year olds sometimes just don’t appreciate the opportunity:

That was pretty much it for cake, but she still loved the attention from her family. Here she is with her Uncle David:

Someone taught her to give kisses, so she decided to practice on a friend. He wasn’t a fan:

Unity candles tend to not make it through outdoor ceremonies, but pouring sand was a beautiful symbol:
